This U12's Grange team has been together since forming as an U8's team at NW Soccerzone set up at Robin Park Arena, Wigan on a Sunday mornings.
They then entered the Wigan & District Junior League in the season 2006/07 as an U9's team and in their first season as a 7 aside on grass they came 3rd in the League and got to the Semi Final of the League Cup only to get knocked out by the eventual Winners, Ashton Athletic.
The next season 2007/08 they then joined forces with the current U13's Grange Team entering the Warrington League as the U10's A team being placed into Division 4 and eventually becoming Champions of the Division after a Play Off with Birchwood JFC, having been level on points after all games played.
Last season (2008/09) they were promoted to the U11's Division 3 and have played their first season as an 11 a side.
They finished up as Runners Up of the Division, 2 points by the Winners Rainford Rangers.
This team has now been promoted to Division 2 for season 2009/10 and starts on Sunday 6th September 2009.
We wish the Best of luck to all the boys for the new season!
